What You'll Be Responsible For
- Supervising and supporting a team of luxury cleaners
- Performing quality checks and site visits
- Training and onboarding new cleaners using company systems
- Leading by example in the field when needed
- Ensuring cleaning standards, checklists, and expectations are followed
- Communicating with management about performance, issues, and improvements
- Helping maintain supplies, equipment, and organization
- Supporting scheduling and coverage when necessary
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-only position.
