Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
- Bonus plus uncapped commission
- Total earning potential of $55/hour with commission
- 4-day work week: Friday–Monday
- Tuesday–Thursday consistently off

- Deliver strong customer service and clear communication
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills

- Attend manufacturer and safety training as required
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- 2 years of HVAC service experience (required)
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience
- Certification from a technical or trade school
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
