"What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, providing electrical solutions tailored to their needs.
• Conduct in-home assessments and explain service options clearly and confidently.
• Generate estimates, present recommendations, and close sales opportunities.
• Partner with installation and service teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and proposals.
• Follow up on open leads and referrals to drive departmental growth.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

What You’ll Need:

• 5 years of residential electrical experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience within the trades industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
