What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a high-performing HVAC service department
- Train and develop technicians on technical expertise and sales techniques to boost team performance
- Optimize scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Ensure top-notch customer service, acting as a bridge between customers, field staff, and office teams
- Stay ahead of industry trends, keeping your team up to date with the latest HVAC technology
- Track and report team performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement
What You Bring:
- 3 years of HVAC management experience (residential/light commercial)
- Strong technical diagnostic skills across all HVAC systems, from basic to high-efficiency inverter systems
- A passion for leading, coaching, and developing a team
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to train techs on upselling and service techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
