What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment efficiently and accurately
- Run service calls and replace parts as needed
- Identify opportunities for equipment replacement and system upgrades
- Clearly document and communicate service details for seamless follow-up
- Lead and support the HVAC team in maintaining service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of HVAC Supervisor experience
✔️ HVAC Sales experience.✔️ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record✔️ EPA Certification and/or HVAC Trade School Certification✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills✔️ Flexible availability
