Job Description
Our Protege Mentorship Program is a structured, six-month (or less) ownership development program designed for experienced, licensed insurance professionals who want to become agency owners but value mentorship, accountability, and real-world preparation before launching their own agency.
This program is not entry-level and not a shortcut to ownership. It is designed for individuals who are serious about building a profitable, well-managed insurance agency.

- Client retention and service systems that support long-term book value
- Leadership and managerial skills needed to hire, train, and manage a team
- Business planning fundamentals including goal setting, activity management, and growth strategy

- Are willing to be held accountable to production and performance standards
- Value mentorship, structure, and real-world experience before launching an agency
- This program is not intended for individuals seeking a service-only role, minimal sales expectations, or a low-accountability environment.
