Custom Homes Site Supervisor (5 Years Experience Required)
On-Site Supervisor is in charge of working with Subcontractors in the field, overseeing quality and craftmanship, problem solving with Subcontractors, putting together a comprehensive Schedule, and keeping schedule for completion of home, approving material drop offs vs. what was ordered, working with homeowners, and Haley Custom Homes Project Managers.
This position Must have a very high skill level of understanding:
1. Complex Architectural plans- Reading of and reviewing with Subcontractors
2. Understanding Foundation, Framing, M.E.P. work, as well as Interior Finishes.
3. Attention to Detail on Punch list of Homes.
4. Need to be able to work on Microsoft Project or Smart Sheets to build Project Schedule
