Responsible for assisting with month-end closing, accounts payable functions, and payroll functions. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Month-end journal entries/closing activities Prepare monthly account reconciliations Process invoices for payment Process wire transfers and ACH payments Reconcile vendor statements and invoices, research and correct discrepancies Process weekly payroll Enter and process manual payroll adjustments Prepare necessary documentation and information for internal and external auditors Ad hoc reporting and analysis Requirements: 0-2 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance ERP experience is a plus Acumatica experience is a plus ADP experience is a plus Proficient in Word and Excel Excellent communication skills Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and meet deadlines Process routine tasks efficiently Reliable, honest, conscientious, and persistent with good organizational skills Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
