This role will work alongside the North America Tax Compliance and Reporting Manager to ensure that all income tax compliance and reporting requirements are delivered on a timely and accurate basis, including partnering with our outsource provider to ensure that all direct tax obligations are fulfilled efficiently and completed to a high standard. The role will support competition of all Federal and State Income Tax returns, R&D Tax Credit, Estimates and Extensions, interim and year-end Tax Reporting, cash tax forecasts, and responding to tax authority inquires.

- Assist in the preparation of all annual Federal and State income tax returns and supporting documentation
- Assist in the preparation of the interim and year-end tax provision and supporting documentation
- Prepare tax account balance sheet reviews, and support collection of control evidence
- Prepare and file quarterly estimates and extensions, and assist in cash tax forecasting process
- Provide support for Federal and State tax authority inquires, including notices and audits
- Participate in special projects, including conducting research on technical tax matters and documenting to support findings
- Support team initiatives and contribute to Global Tax and company-wide objectives
The position is based in Warren NJ and requires 3 days in office presence

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and reporting
- Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax
- Experience with tax provision preparation and related supporting documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tax compliance software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Independent thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- CPA designation or progress toward certification /other advanced degree
- Master’s degree in accounting, Taxation, or related field
- Prior experience in public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent) or large multinational corporation
- Strong ability to interpret and apply complex tax regulations
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across global teams

The salary range for this role is 108,323- 135,404 USD bonus.
