Temporary Administrative Assistant - Part-time

Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Springfield, MA location.  In this position we are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in a role where they can learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. This is a seasonal temporary position. 

 Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing calls for multiple lines.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to branch sales and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Filing and general office administrative tasks.
• Record keeping, mail processing and composing correspondence.
• Maintain office equipment and office supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Some prior receptionist and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
• Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated, detail oriented, proactive, and flexible.
• Must present a positive, results oriented, problem-solving attitude.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.
• Must have good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
