Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls.
- Support credit and collections activities.
- Generate customer invoicing and credits.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and trailer files.
- Assist with managing sales and rentals logistics utilizing Tailwind software.
- Provide administrative support to outside department leads if needed.
- Interface with corporate administration and other branch locations as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships with existing and new customers.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
- Comply with the Company’s safety program.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and multi-task.
- Must have accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Must have good computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have be able to work flexible hours based on workload.
- Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
