Role Overview
This position is responsible to provide clinical case management services to youth and members of the youth's family, while working collaboratively with external service providers to ensure continuity of care on the island of Hawaii for East and West. The job incumbent is required to conduct him/herself in a professional and cordial manner that will uphold the integrity and reputation of Hale Kipa. This position maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to organizational policies, regulations, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience providing therapeutic services to youth/families preferred.
