The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for carrying out the activity programming and in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The goal is to create a program that enriches the lives of all residents and is responsive to their changing needs. Programming is built around our eight dimensions of Wellness: Spiritual, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Environmental, Occupational, Financial and Physical.
Job Responsibilities:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience working with older adults.
- Have availability for flexible work hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
