Significant to the Abundant Life mission of Lutheran SeniorLife, the Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the management, organization, implementation and evaluation of ASPIRE Wellness dimensions (active, spiritual, purposeful, intellectual, relational and expressive) under the guidance of the Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) / Assisted Living Administrator (ALA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certification through Pennsylvania Therapeutic Recreation Society (PTRS) or National Association of Activity Professionals (NAAP) preferred.
