Community Support Team (CST) Team Leader
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Community Support Team (CST) Team Leader to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to a multidisciplinary CST serving individuals with serious mental health issues and complex psychosocial needs. The CST Team Leader ensures high-quality, person-centered, Medicaid-compliant services while supporting staff development, service coordination, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to CST staff, including qualified professionals, substance abuse professionals, and peer support specialist
- Ensure compliance with service definitions, 24hr documentation standards, and service delivery requirements
- Oversee treatment planning (PCP), clinical documentation, and timely submission of service notes
- Conduct weekly team staff meetings, case consultations, performance coaching, and monthly individual supervision meetings
- Coordinate care with medical providers, LME/MCO's, hospitals, and community partners
- Respond and assist with crisis situations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Active licensed clinician in North Carolina (LCSW, LCSWA, LCAS, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with high need, mental illness, addictions, and legal involvement perrons within intensive community based services.
- Previous supervisory or Team Leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of documentation, service definitions, and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Preferred familiarity with DLA-20, CCA, PCPs , and care coordination models

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
