Travel rates:
40 hours per week (More than 50 miles from the facility)
$30/HR (40 Regular hours) $1,200
Meal Allowance: $92/day ($644/week)
Lodging Reimbursement: $218/day ($1,526/week)
$3,370 gross per week

Requirements:
-Physical Therapist License in South Carolina
-1 year Home Health Experience
-American Heart Association - BLS
-Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy
