- Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity

- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
Active RN license (NY required)
Minimum 1–2 years of recent ER experience
BLS & ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
