Essential Duties:

Essential Duties:
- Evaluate the manufacturing process to identify areas of improvement.
- Lead projects with overall responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of new products of broad scope into the plant.
- Develop manufacturing processes by studying product design and customer needs.
- Improve manufacturing efficiencies while maintaining the highest level of quality.
- Maintain technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedural document requirements.
- Designing and planning equipment layouts.
- Implement ideas and solutions into the manufacturing process.
- Expertise and/or working knowledge of manufacturing
- Experience in lean manufacturing practices
- Project Management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems such as: Microsoft Office, ERP system, time keeping, etc.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
