The compensation range for this position is $75,542 - $113,312. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using structured root cause methods
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce scrap
- Support and enhance factory automation (PLCs, controls, mechanical, hydraulic systems)
- Identify and help implement cost-reducing automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain standard work and process documentation
- Conduct engineering trials and analyze production data
- Support capital projects from concept through implementation
- Train production teams on new processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 4 years in a continuous process manufacturing environment
- Strong process troubleshooting skills
- Experience working around automation systems (PLC/VFD exposure preferred)
- SolidWorks or 3D CAD experience
- Comfortable splitting time between office and production floor
