Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Hollywood, CA, for a Personal Injury Paralegal specializing in civil litigation. The paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents (including propounding and responding to discovery), filing complaints and drafting motions, conducting legal research, reviewing case files, assisting in trial preparation, and providing administrative support to attorneys. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients, attorneys, and other parties to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation
• Experience in personal injury litigation for a minimum of 2 years
• Proficiency in legal research and document review
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using legal software and case management tools is a plus (Filevine preferred)
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Paralegal certification preferred
• Previous experience in personal injury or civil litigation is highly desirable (Plaintiff's or Defense side)
