About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable team member to join our staff! This is a fast-paced, fun environment perfect for someone looking for a steady part-time gig. In this role, you will be the face of our bowling center, helping ensure our guests have a great experience from the moment they walk in until they roll their last frame.
Team Environment:
You will always be working alongside at least one other team member during your shift—you will never be managing the front or closing down alone!
Schedule Saturdays: 6:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Additional week nights once trained 5:00PM-1130PM
What You Will Do
Customer Service: Warmly welcome guests, answer questions, and assist them throughout their visit.
Shoe Rental: Hand out bowling shoes to guests and properly sanitize and put them away after use.
Cashier Duties: Ring up lanes, shoe rentals, and other purchases accurately. Ability to handle and count cash transactions accuratly.
Party & Event Support: Set up tables, decorations, and lanes for parties, and break them down quickly once the event is over.
Front Desk: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to callers.
Facility Maintenance: Keep the front desk, seating areas, clean and tidy throughout your shift.
What We Are Looking For
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Reliability and punctuality, especially given the specific weekend schedule.
Ability to stay on your feet and stay active in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: General knowledge of bowling is helpful, but absolutely not required—we are happy to train the right person!
