Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant food service team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties

• Greet guests and provide detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to safety standards, including basic food preparation when needed
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service stations; bus tables promptly after guests leave
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timely service in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations when required
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent communication skills for effective serving, upselling, and customer interaction
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with cashiering, bussing tables, or supporting kitchen operations is beneficial
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a lively café or restaurant setting

Pay: $11.85 - $25.00 per hour
