Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Certified Medical Assistant located in Hallandale Beach, FL. The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, preparing patients for treatments, assisting with hair transplants, surgical procedures, managing medical records, and using medical terminology proficiently. The role also includes tasks such as coordinating with the medical office, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the clinic.
Qualifications
- Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Phlebotomy
- Prior experience in hair restoration and surgical tech is a plus
- Experience in a Plastic Surgery Office environment
- Strong Patient Care skills
- Proficiency in managing Medical Records
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional education in medical assisting is beneficial
