Hair Transplant Design is a growing hair restoration company with an established clinic in Tampa, FL and a flagship Miami location opening in the next 90 days. We are a founder-led, results-driven organization focused on clinical excellence, exceptional patient outcomes, and disciplined growth.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Director of Operations to lead the launch of our new Miami clinic and oversee daily operations across both Miami and Tampa locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced operator who wants to build, not just maintain.
You will own the Miami clinic from final buildout through grand opening, patient ramp, and steady-state operations. You will also oversee daily performance in Tampa, working closely with the existing team. This role has a clear growth path to VP of Operations as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Miami clinic launch: hiring, vendor setup, marketing rollout, soft open, and ramp to full capacity
- Oversee daily operations at both Miami and Tampa clinics
- Manage sales and consult conversion: coach the sales team, monitor close rates, hit monthly revenue targets
- Own the patient experience: front desk, consultation flow, treatment coordination, and follow-up
- Hire, train, and manage clinical and non-clinical staff at both locations
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and inventory
- Deliver weekly KPI reports to ownership: revenue, conversion rate, CAC, staffing, patient satisfaction
- Build and maintain the operations playbook for future location launches
- Ensure compliance with all Florida healthcare and clinic operating regulations
Required Qualifications
- 3 years managing operations in a healthcare, aesthetics, med spa, dental, plastic surgery, dermatology, or service-based clinic
- Direct experience with sales and consult conversion in a cash-pay healthcare environment
- Proven P&L awareness — you have owned or directly contributed to clinic-level financial performance
- Proven track record hiring, training, and managing clinical and front-desk teams
- Bilingual English/Spanish required (Miami market)
- Available on-site in Miami daily with travel to Tampa as needed
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in hair transplant, aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or cash-pay healthcare
- Experience opening a clinic from scratch or leading a major launch
- Marketing literacy: understands CAC, lead flow, conversion funnels, and digital marketing performance
- Experience with EMR/CRM systems and clinic operations software
- Multi-site operations experience
What We Offer
- Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000 based on experience
- Performance bonus: Up to 15% of base salary, paid quarterly, tied to clear KPIs
- Profit share: Percentage of clinic net profit after break-even
