Hair Couture is worldwide distributer of Luxuriant Hair extensions, Wigs, and beauty supplies.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling daily orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack daily orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and repackaging as needed
- Assist with receiving and shipping of inventory
- Support inventory restocking and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required — training provided
- Experience in a beauty supply store or wig shop is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting and physical tasks
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Physical Demands

- Regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) on concrete floors
- Frequently bend, squat, reach, and occasionally climb stairs/ladders
- Manual dexterity for grasping items and operating handheld scanners
- Tolerate varying warehouse temperatures and noise levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
