OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and assisting the Firm Administrator, ensuring efficient office management, and providing excellent customer support. This position requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment for a Tax and Accounting office (looking for someone highly reliable) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Looking for someone who can independently work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Primary duties include office support but not limited to:DutiesManage and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.Phone support and attending to clients- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.Utilize Google/Microsoft Suites for document creation, scheduling, and communication.Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors before distribution.Answer and direct phone calls, responding to emails, memos, letters, faxes.Organize and schedule appointments, provide general support.Mailing and Making copies/printing, scanning and filing.Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed & Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records.SkillsProficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
