HR Supervisor

About the Role:

The HR Supervisor plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the human resources department to ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience with HR software and systems.

Responsibilities:
