Production Period: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM), Night Shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM), Night Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)"
Job Summary: Ensure the normal production of the upward drawing furnace process and guarantee the efficient operation of the equipment, as required by the Production Department Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Comply with all regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), as well as company policies regarding environmental management and site cleanliness;
2. Replace/install tooling and molds required for equipment according to production processes;
3. Start up equipment, monitor its operating status, record operating data, and adjust equipment parameters;
4. According to production processes, add raw materials such as electrolytic plates, bright wire, and copper powder, as well as auxiliary materials such as carbon blocks and graphite flakes, to the furnace in a timely, quantitative, and proportional manner;
5. Take samples according to equipment operation requirements and send them to the testing laboratory, and adjust the raw material ratio based on the test results;
6. Use micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, rulers, and other tools to measure finished copper rods and confirm that they meet specifications;
7. Lead out copper rods according to equipment operation requirements and guide them into the take-up machine;
8. Cut copper rods with hydraulic shears and hoist them to the designated area;
9. Operate bridge cranes, forklifts, and other equipment to move raw materials and finished products, and perform warehouse storage-related tasks; 10. Routine maintenance and simple repairs of the upward-drawing furnace equipment;
11. Monitor equipment operation status to ensure product defects;
12. Responsible for inspecting fire-fighting equipment and keeping records;
13. Review work orders or other work instructions to clarify product specifications or material requirements;
14. Conduct comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of production process areas and work areas;
15. Learn furnace construction technology and skills, and complete furnace construction work regularly, generally once a year;
16. Input production data into computers and other storage devices.

Physical Strength and Endurance Requirements: Daily lifting of items weighing up to 23 kg, with the ability to lift even heavier items with assistance; able to push or pull items weighing up to 34 kg. 3. **Hand-eye Coordination Requirements:** Frequent bending, stooping, or kneeling is required; occasional climbing of ladders or platforms is necessary to operate equipment; frequent raising of hands overhead or bending to the ground is required to operate tools or control devices.
4. **Sensory Requirements:** Sufficient hearing is required to distinguish alarm sounds, equipment operating sounds, and instructions in noisy environments; good near vision is required to read instrument data, distinguish colors, and inspect finished copper tubes.
5. **Environmental Adaptability Requirements:** Ability to work in high-temperature areas near the furnace is required; ability to adapt to noisy production environments is required; hearing protection equipment may be worn when necessary.
