Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food preparation, cash transactions, and maintaining a clean dining area. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Please note that this is a PART TIME position. As of right now, we are looking for someone for night shift (typically 3:30pm to 9:30pm). You must have your own car, must have open availability, and must be willing to come in for "on-call" shifts. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Accurately process transactions using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in cash handling, basic math skills for accurate transaction processing, and retail math knowledge is beneficial.
- Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
