Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Typing, editing, revising, printing, and scanning documents.
- Managing and maintaining incoming files in both paper and electronic formats.
- Assisting with calendaring and billing software.
- Running work-related errands and tracking office supply needs.
- Taking on additional projects as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- A team player with an exceptional work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and greeting clients professionally.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle client interactions and correspondence effectively.
- Experience with Clerical Skills, such as record-keeping, scheduling, and general office administration.
- Exemplary Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Proficiency in office technology, such as phone systems, scheduling software, and document management tools.
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is advantageous.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
