This is a full-time on-site Trial Attorney position based in Santa Barbara, CA. The role involves managing and litigating a diverse portfolio of complex legal cases, handling pre-trial motions, preparing for and conducting trials, and representing clients in courts and depositions. The attorney will develop case strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain effective communication with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Expertise in Law and proficiency in legal principles and procedures
• Experience in drafting and filing Motions and other related legal documents
• Proven ability to manage cases in Courts and present arguments effectively
• Hands-on experience in conducting Trials and Depositions
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• California Bar admission and active license to practice law
• Prior experience in business, real estate, or injury litigation is advantageous
