Punch Person - Class A Multifamily Construction
Hagan Properties is a Louisville based, family owned developer of top of the market, well-located multifamily communities led by professional and dedicated family and employees. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Punch Person to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed units to identify punch list items and deficiencies.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and team members to ensure punch list items are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Verify that all work meets company quality standards, building codes and project specifications.
- Document punch list items and progress accurately, utilizing Procore or other project management tools.
- Assist with and ensure that units are finished to the highest standards and ready for final turnover, inspection and owner walk-through. This process includes cleanliness, safety and completeness.
- Maintain a detailed and organized punch list to facilitate efficient completion of outstanding work.
- Communicate effectively with the Finish Superintendent and other project team members regarding progress and issues.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction, finishing or related trades preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency using Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively with the construction team.
- Valid driver's license.
Pay/Benefits/Bonuses:
- $60,000 salary (paid hourly - $28.85).
- Completion Incentive Bonuses determined by each project/job.
- After 90 days of employment, 10 days of PTO to be used for vacation or personal days and 5 sick days. After 1 year of employment, the PTO increases to 15 days.
- All insurance benefits below are 100% paid by employer for employee only. All insurance benefits start as of the first day of employment.
Health, Vision & Dental Insurance and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance (based on 2 times your salary).
- 401k Traditional and Roth IRA on first day of employment. After 90 days, matched at $0.25 per $1.00, capped at $4,000 in contributions by employee (company match is $1,000).
- We will provide you with a cell phone and uniforms.
