We are currently seeking a full-time associate to manage our Garden Shop.
• Must have Experience working with live plants.
• Responsibilities include maintaining outstanding customer service, generate sales, maintain, and merchandise
product, and support the store management team.

• Retail Nursery Experience
• Plant Identification and Insect and Disease Identification
• Maintain the quality of live products within the garden center through watering, trimming, fertilizing, and
proper placement practices
• Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Assist in the training and development of peers.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Able to lift 40 lbs..
• Basic computer skills.
