Your profile:
- High school graduate
- Minimum of one year relevant work experience
- Detail-oriented
- Troubleshooting skills
- Above average math skills
- Good understanding of GD&T
Your tasks:
- Carry out measurements on parts and components using various measurement methods and procedures
- Operating and programming of CMM machines, preferred Zeiss (Calypso)
- Utilize CAD designs for the purpose of performing dimensional analysis
- Interaction with employees from production and other quality departments
- Reading and interpretation of customer blue prints and drawings
- Ensure proper calibration of inspection equipment
- Maintain inspection records and other related documents
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Your training and work schedule:
- Additional training can occur at on 1st or 2nd Shift before candidate moves to assigned shift.
- Ideal candidates are willing and able to train at headquarters in Germany for a period of up to 6 weeks.
- 2nd Shift | 3:00 p.m. to 11:05 p.m.
- Weekend Shift | 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Weekend Shift | 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
