Job Details We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support high-volume recruiting in a healthcare manufacturing environment. This role will focus on recruiting hourly manufacturing and production employees who support the production of healthcare and medical products. The intern will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working closely with HR and operations teams in a fast-paced, regulated setting. Key Responsibilities Support hourly recruiting for healthcare manufacturing roles such as Production GMP Associates, technicians, and quality support staff. Review and screen applications to identify qualified candidates for manufacturing positions Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate outreach Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and production leaders Assist with job postings on job boards and company career sites Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support onboarding processes, including background checks, drug screens, and compliance documentation Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and plant tours as needed Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive employee information Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Interest in manufacturing, healthcare, or regulated industries Customer service, administrative, or recruiting experience Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in high-volume hourly recruiting Exposure to healthcare manufacturing and compliance-driven hiring Experience working directly with production and operations leaders Professional development and mentorship within Human Resources Valuable experience for a future career in HR or Talent Acquisition EEO Policy Statement Throughout our history, we have earned a solid reputation for product innovation, technical expertise, and operational excellence.
