Hackley Community Care is seeking a skilled and motivated Staff II Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives on solving complex problems, improving processes, and delivering meaningful financial insights.
This is a new role, and we envision this position will include responsibilities, such as:
- Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations of fluctuations
- Analyze and interpret financial statements to support decision-making
- Translate complex financial information
- Streamline processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records for portions of our Balane Sheet, such as Prepaids and Fixed Assets

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience

- Proven experience with financial statement and variance analysis

- Experience in healthcare accounting preferred
