Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs
- Five (5) Years DME Customer Service Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proven leadership qualities
- Proven ability to educate/train/onboard colleagues effectively
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Associate's degree or higher
- Knowledge of Brightree, Parachute Health and EPIC
