Qualifications:
- Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required
- BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire
- A minimum of one year of NICU nursing experience required
- NRP preferred
- Pediatric IV Therapy and bereavement certifications preferred
- BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire
- Focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving lives of our patients and their caregivers, based on a strong sense of patient and family focus are all required.
