Summary: The Laundry Attendant is responsible for receiving, sorting, processing, drying/pressing, folding and stocking all linens and terry, such as sheets, blankets, robes, bedspreads, towels and napkins.
Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to an hourly wage, Laundry Attendants receive additional service charges as part of their compensation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort incoming laundry items from resort departments
- Load and unload washers and dryers
- Fold dry linens and terry
- Run napkins through the press
- Restock the shelves with clean linens
- Sweep and mop to maintain working area clean
- Promptly report to supervisor any malfunctions of the equipment
- Sort out and report any damaged/stained linens or terry
- Attend scheduled meetings and training as required by management
- Maintain regular attendance as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing a clean and pressed proper uniform and name tag when working
- Maintain a friendly, helpful and courteous demeanor to guests, managers/supervisors and fellow employees
