Logistics:
- Program Dates: June 1 — August 6
- Weekly schedule: 21-28 hours per week
- Location: New York office, three days in office hybrid schedule
- Pay rate: $17.00/hour
- Company laptop will be provided for the duration of the internship.
- Log and review manuscript submissions and draft reader reports
- Research market trends and comparable titles
- Assist with editorial mailings and author-related projects
- Draft copy including flap, catalog, and marketing materials
- Provide administrative and organizational support
- Current student with interest in publishing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
