Join us as an IT Systems Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in managing our technology infrastructure, ensuring security and operational stability, and supporting our mission of affordable homeownership.
Your Impact:
Systems & Infrastructure Administration
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, file systems, and user provisioning.
• Maintain hybrid identity infrastructure (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD) and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Monitor and optimize server performance, storage, backup solutions, and virtualization environments (Hyper-V/VMware).
• Oversee the internal service desk, providing Tier 2/3 escalation support to staff across multiple regional sites
Enterprise Applications & ERP (NetSuite)
• Administer and enhance NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, CRM, Procurement, Construction).
• Configure roles, permissions, workflows, custom forms, SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, and analytics dashboards
• Support integrations with Smartsheet, Salesforce, Procore, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, and other nonprofit business systems.
• Partner with Finance & Operations to streamline data flows, reporting, and automation.
Networking & Connectivity
• Configure and manage WatchGuard firewalls, Aruba switches, wireless access points, VLANs, and VPN tunnels.
• Monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure, troubleshoot latency, access control, and site-to-site connectivity.
• Ensure uptime and resiliency across office, construction, retail, and remote field environments.
Security & Compliance
• Implement cybersecurity best practices including MFA, endpoint protection, patch management, encryption, and vulnerability assessments.
• Conduct security audits and maintain incident response procedures aligned with NIST/ITIL standards.
• Enforce compliance with organizational IT policies, data governance, donor data protection, and nonprofit regulatory standards.
Projects & Documentation
• Lead or contribute to IT projects: hardware refreshes, cloud migrations, network upgrades, disaster recovery planning.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, user training guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate across departments to assess technological needs and recommend scalable solutions.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in systems administration, preferably in a hybrid environment Proven ability to lead enterprise-level process and technology change initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver on time and on budget.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for mission-driven work and a commitment to organizational excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Proficiency in construction-specific software (e.g., Procore, Full Clarity) desired.
• Experience with Smartsheet, NetSuite ERP, and Raisers Edge, Salesforce software preferred.

Salary : $71,450 - $107,176
