Join us as a Human Resource Manager, where you’ll be a key partner in empowering our team, optimizing processes, and ensuring our workforce is equipped to deliver impactful results in the community.  

 

Your Impact: 

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle, aligning recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance, and offboarding to drive engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture.
  • Design, implement, and maintain HR processes, policies, workflows, and systems that support organizational effectiveness, compliance, and scalability.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers, providing coaching, conflict mediation, and guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Lead timely, compliant investigations into employee issues, applying sensitivity, consistency, and legally defensible practices to recommend appropriate action plans.
  • Streamline and continuously improve HR processes to ensure efficiency, clarity, and alignment with a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for all employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of People & Culture practices with other business functions and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and manage organizational total rewards in partnership with Director which includes management of organization’s open enrollment, monthly benefits billing reconciliation and employee resources.
  • Develop and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements, milestones, and contributions.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, pay increases, bonus eligibility and payout, ensuring fairness and complete documentation.
  • Partner with the Safety Manager to enhance workplace safety, focusing on injury prevention and cost-effective case management in partnership with L&I Retro Program.
  • Plan and coordinate employee events to foster engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Help monitor and shape the organization’s culture to reinforce strategic goals, promote a high-performance environment, and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of HR practices, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 
  • Partner with the Director of People and Culture on strategic initiatives that advance the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications


What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years increasingly responsible human resources generalist experience with at least two (2) years of management level experience.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and support strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • High accuracy in managing sensitive data, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
