Warehouse Manager

Habitat for Humanity of Washington County is looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Manager to help keep our ReStore running smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, leading others, and making a real impact in the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Unload trucks and safely handle incoming donations and purchased inventory
• Operate a forklift to move and organize materials
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space
• Manage inventory flow from receiving to sales floor
• Pick up donations from the community using company vehicles
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors
• Lead and support volunteers, ensuring they have clear direction and a positive experience
• Supervise daily warehouse activities and help keep the team on track
• Ensure items are properly sorted, stored, and ready for the sales floor
• Work closely with the ReStore team to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Forklift experience (required)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support volunteers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep a team organized
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Lift 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable driving a box truck
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Friendly and professional when interacting with donors and customers
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
