Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Florida is seeking a Seasonal Loader/Driver Helper to support our ReStore operations during our busy season. This is a temporary position offering 30–40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with no evening hours.

Essential Functions
- Assist with unloading and loading merchandise to and from vehicles.
- Work with others to organize and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
- Provide courteous, prompt service to customers and donors.
- Maintain knowledge of store products, including location and pricing.
- Participate in donation pickups as needed.
- Coordinate and cooperate with volunteers, staff, and community service individuals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This role involves both warehouse and outdoor work and may include exposure to inclement weather such as heat, wind, or rain.
Physical Demands
- Standing and continuous walking.
- Ability to bend, climb in and out of trucks, and operate warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds or more.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel to different store locations as needed
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred (1 year).
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations with a positive attitude.
