Position Overview
Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Summer Administrative Support Assistant to support the Family Services department during the summer months. This temporary position will assist with data entry, document management, front office support, and administrative tasks that help ensure efficient daily operations.
This position is ideal for a college student or individual seeking office and nonprofit experience in a professional environment.
Position Details
- Dates of Employment: June 8 - July 30
- Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week
- Required Day: Mondays
- Additional Flexible Days: Two additional days between Tuesday-Thursday
- Work Environment: In-office
Primary Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain client and program data within the Charity Proud platform
- Upload and organize digital documents accurately and efficiently
- Assist with maintaining organized electronic records
- Answer incoming office calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or staff member
- Monitor and manage the front office entrance and greet visitors professionally
- Provide general administrative support to the Family Services department
- Assist with additional office tasks and projects as assigned
