Quality Control & Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
- Location: Hybrid work from home, ideally based in or near Lenoir, TN
- Territory Supported: Tennessee & North Carolina
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Travel: Occasional travel to client and vendor sites for evaluations, meetings, and training
This hybrid role supports Area Managers across TN and NC and is approximately 40% Quality Control and 60% Administrative Support.

What You’ll Do
Administrative Support (70%)
- Assist with contract startups and ongoing service needs
- Answer phones and manage general inquiries
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Monitor applications and assist with interviews and hiring
- Support Project Managers and Area Managers
- Document incidents and assist with reporting
- Facilitate supply orders and track inventory
- Attend meetings, trainings, and complete assigned projects
Quality Control (30%)
- Support Area Managers and Team Leads overseeing custodial staff
- Travel to client and vendor sites to conduct service evaluations, inspections, and attend training
- Ensure service quality and address client concerns
- Help implement quality and safety procedures
- Assist with scheduling, coverage, and special projects
- Occasionally provide hands on minor custodial support as needed
- Represent AFS in a professional and positive manne
