FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - TN Position Offered Field Service Engineer Job Summary Phillips Corporation is looking for people with either CNC experience or strong mechanical and electrical backgrounds for Service Engineer roles throughout our territory. A mechatronics, machining, or engineering certificate or degree is a plus, but not required, especially if you have industry experience. In this role, you’ll be based out of your residence in our territory, and travel throughout the state, Monday through Friday, in a company-supplied van, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing CNC machines at various customer locations. Phillips provides a great team leader, a supportive team, a company vehicle, laptop, tools, cell phone, and a company credit card for all travel expenses. Compensation: Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $50,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually.
