Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.
- Facilitate therapy groups and complete necessary assessments (e.g., CDAs) for insurance compliance.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain up-to-date documentation in the agency’s EHR system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals.
Qualifications
- Active LCSW/LCPC License in Oregon (Required).
- Must maintain licensure and remain in good standing throughout employment.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
