Front Desk Receptionist

Seeking a permanent Part-Time (ranging from 20-25 hours per week) Front Desk Receptionist who has a genuine interest in helping people. Customer Service experience and the ability to be flexible will help the correct candidate be successful in this position. Help patients with scheduling, check-ins, answering insurance and payment questions, and other administrative work included verifying insurance benefits, following up on unpaid claims, copying, filing, etc.

Responsibilities:

· Assisting patients with any questions/concerns they may have

· Scheduling patients in person and on the phone

· Filing patient files, Insurance papers, and any corresponding forms needed

· Verifying insurance benefits and following up on on unpaid claims

· Using basic computer skills such as Word and Excel

· Complete a rotating cleaning schedule each week

· Possibility of completing Chiropractic Technician Certificate training after 90 days of employment

· If certification is completed; vitals and modalities/therapies will be completed on a daily basis

Required Qualification:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Preferred High School Diploma/ GED.

· Ability to work 20-25 hours a week. Additional hours may be available after training period.

**Ability to work a flexible schedule; which will include day and evening shifts. Possible shifts include 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or / 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or / 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or / 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Working any shift and being flexible to a rotation is required. ** No weekend work is required.

· Strong reading and writing skills

· Proficient with money handling on a daily basis

· Capability to learn hands on training material and apply it to everyday tasks

· Professional communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to multi-task, while being accurate and efficient

Pay: $15.00 per hour
