What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sweeper operator/Commercial Groundskeeper position at H5 Maintenance Company?
Perform parking lot sweeping and grounds keeping duties at commercial locations, removing debris from curbs, landscaping, storefronts and parking lots. In addition to sweeping parking lots, technicians also will be responsible for changing trash can liners at select properties. No experience necessary. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Must be experienced/comfortable pulling a trailer with a pickup truck. This is a night shift 8pm-3am- Sunday night through Thursday night. The right candidate must be comfortable working independently and at night. Starting wage is $17/hour, performance incentives. Schedule is for 30-35 hours. Nightly driving route will include the, Greeley, Ft Collins, Loveland, Longmont and Firestone area
